Holy Friggin Charley Horse |
|
Just sitting at the computer when BAM! my calf is on fire and hard as a rock.
I had to walk and massage for about 10 minutes to get rid of it. Holy shit that hurt.

1. OW! I get them in the bottom of my feet sometimes, |
|
and if I pull my toes back, it ususally stops. I got them in my calves alot when I was pregnant, though. They suck!
