Recipe for Yak Burgers

1lb of freshly ground Yak
1/2 cup of oatmeal
2tbsp dry mustard
1tbsp salt
1tbsp pepper
1/2 cup of minced onions
1 tbsp minced garlic

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Form patties and grill on an open fire.
Cook until interior is browned.
Serve on your choice of rolls with choice of toppings.
