He's pasty. That, for me, is a real turnoff, but that's just me.

He's a great lawyer and a genius at discovery and a forceful advocate. While he inspires a certain kind of loyalty among people who work for and with him, it is not the long-lived kind, and it is, ultimately, unreturned.

Never mistake intensity at work with intensity in real life. It doesn't usually work that way, and, if it does, there's a serious imbalance somewhere within.
