1. We don't cross train most of the time

A few drivers have become dispatchers and one dispatcher isa thinking of becoming a driver, but that's about the extent of that.

I do have managerial duties, though, and I can be the boss when I need to be. Nobody can legally tell me to drive if I think conditions are too bad or if I'm out of hours on my log book.
