Na-na-na-na-naaaa-na.

It will be hot here, too, soon enough. I love the spring and the summer, though.

Have a glass of iced tea or water as well and take it easy until dusk.

7. And you have humidity to deal with too.
Today's high for Phoenix is around 87 degrees but the air is very dry this time of year. It's just beautiful outside so I'm having my Easter dinner on the patio by the pool.

Hope you're feeling better!

10. If you have real heat sickness it's safer to take a warm shower
Cold water will cause the blood vessels in your skin to contract, stopping the release of heat from your body and trapping heat inside.

It's partly cloudy here. :hi:

11. Drink as much water as you can.
No fun if you get dehydrated.
