The modern age of electronics must come to a stop!
Technology has gotten to the point where even I am getting confused, and that is normally quite difficult for a technological nut like me. I'm in the process of installing TIVO and dealing with endless connectors, plugs, peripherals like a VCR and a DVD player, as well as a DVR (in addition to the TIVO) and gee, a TV and a partridge in a pear tree. I'm beginning to think I should get the 15 year old down the street to come and hook it all up for me, which is kind of sad. I hope to finish the install sometime this week, but the fact is, if "God" had wanted us to record more than one TV show at a time, he would have created us with DVD recorders in our brains.

6. I'd better hide the 88K floppy drive & 1.78MHz CPU
... and let's not discuss that one under the couch with 256 bytes of RAM, 7-segment LCD display, hex keypad & paper tape :)
