What looks like cannabis besides lupine?
We've got some stuff growing in our field and along the rail road tracks (hmmm) that sort of looks like cannabis but is definitely not lupine. It's coming up in a clump like the plant sets you buy when you plant strawberries. Some of the leaves are at the end of long stems almost like runners, but the actual leaf clusters look awfully like a lot of pictures I've seen. I wanted to burn the stuff to see if it smelled like the bathroom at the high school, but no one else wanted to go that far.

5. No - not a tree!! Lol! I know what a tree looks like!
This has got the familiar serrated leaf growing on a clump of long stems coming from a common center like a strawberry start. I'm 99% certain that it's some kind of inedible berry related to raspberries or something of that sort, but I was wondering if anyone else knew what this was off hand. Try Northeastern woodland plants (I hesitate to be more specific on location for some strange reason)

4. Does it have even or odd number of leaves?
I think cannabis always has an even number of leaves.

11. Some hibiscus look like cannabis
Like this Hibiscus coccineus, common name scarlet hibicus.

It doesn't bloom until late summer so it's mistaken for cannabis quite often.

12. This has serrated leaves.
About 7, 8 or 9 skinny leaves

They may be an even number, but they sure look odd.

14. The hibiscus has serrated leaves also
They don't show well in that pic I posted though. It doesn't have 9 leaves though, the most I've ever seen on mine is 7.

15. Boy, it sure looks like that.
It's just that it's so young the plant shape isn't that classic column. The stuf in the field is going to get mowed, but I'll watch the stuff along the train tracks.

16. The plant that's native to my area (east coast)
was used to make twine, clothing, and paper, among other things. There's virtually no THC in this plant, so it probably wouldn't do much to alter your perception of reality.

Here's more from another interesting site:
