1. Fill out one of those nice yellow complaint cards and mail it

One day, over a decade ago, they ran out of coffee. Actually, I was told it came pre-brewed in frozen blocks and they were waiting for some to defrost (weired).

I sent one of those in, and got a nice letter back with a bunch of free food coupons.

Also, I used to work breakfast shift in a hotel catering department which hosted the Popeye's Fried Chicken managers breakfast. They used to make those guys spend several hours going through at least a selection of those cards.

So, what the hey, give it a try. You might get a a triple out of it.

3. Saw the frozen coffee in Maine last summer.

At the motel. Coffee was really good and I asked what kind.
She told me it came in a frozen block and they had a special machine to thaw and serve.
A first, for me.
