In 1999 it was 22,375 for white, 14,397 for black, 21,134 for Asian/Pacific Islander, and 11,621 for Hispanic. Per Capita for all races is 21,181. That is in current (1999) dollars.

edit: forgot to add - do not say "average per capita" the word "average" is redundant there.
