It is out of this world.

1. That sounds good
I put really thin slices of lemon just under the lattice crust on my rhubarb pie. Very tangy!

3. Peels on, slice them as thin as you poss. can w/out them falling apart.

They get nice and soft. And I don't like putting them all over the pie. Maybe 10 pieces. Gotta leave room for the mushrooms. onions and tomatoes. I like the pre shredded Kraft mozzerellacheese (because its easy to find and tastes pretty good.) I use the "thin" dough/crust as opposed to regular or thick crust (from bobli or whomever else) It cooks much better but you have to keep an eye on it... dont let it over cook.
