Has anyone here ever worked in the TV industry?

I'm majoring in Video/Television in college right now. It's interesting to me but it doesn't come naturally to me and sometimes I feel like it's overly stressful and potentially thankless. :crazy: It's also my double-major so sometimes I feel like maybe I should just pursue my other direction.

I have an interest in television production, but I don't feel as though I know enough about the specifics to choose a career path.

So I was wondering if anyone could share their experience with me...where and how do you find the jobs? What exactly do you do? Do you enjoy it? Does the pay equal the effort? Thanks. :)
