Wow.

Honestly, that's a great surprise after a not-so-great day.

For those who don't know, I'm currently doing a year of national service with AmeriCorps --yes, incredibly rewarding on an emotional and social-justice kind of level, but really very difficult financially. My stipend for my 50-hour weeks is well below poverty levels.

To the person who donated in my name: thank you. Honestly, a donation to DU is not a possibility for me right now. (Hell, my phone is shut off and I just got my internet back yesterday.) Whether your donation meant a lot to you, it means a whole lot me. A WHOLE lot.

Thanks again. I'll be hoping that your kindness returns to you threefold.
