I've narrowed down my menu choices for the French Qtr Festival

Heading for the Big Easy this Friday to spend the day pigging out and dancing in the Quarter and along the River Walk. We are helping the NOLA economy one beer at a time. What to eat. Here's a few of the menu items from the more than 40 restaurants which will be setting up booths:

Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya; Shrimp Remoulade with green tomatoes; Jamaican Chicken; Cajun Pulled Pork Wrap; Creole Tomato & sweet onion salad; shaved prime rib on pistolette; crawfish & andouille pasta salad; blackened catfish; oyster & artichoke florentine; shrimp & eggplant stuffing and of course, shrimp and crabmeat stuffed merliton with creole sauce. And live music all day Friday through Sunday.
