OMG...this cable company is really beginning to piss me off...

no wait check that, it HAS pissed me off. I'm a Mets fan and I go to school down in south Jersey, well right now the Mets are playing the Braves and that game is televised on TBS. So since I am down too far south to get the new Mets network, I flip on TBS to watch the game. Well instead of the game they apparently blacked it out and are simulcasting CNN Headline News. The same thing happened to me the other week when I tried to watch the Mets on ESPN. It doesn't make sense because currently the Yankees are on ESPN but why do they keep blacking out my team? We are not even in the friggen viewing area for SNY!!! Thank God I go home on weekends otherwise I wouldn't have been able to watch them at all!

1. Its not the cable company, its Major League Baseball

they have some odd rules regarding away teams broadcasting games that are viewable in the home team area. For example they have to block WGN in St Louis when the Cubs play here.

3. Mine does for different reasons

No C-SPAN 2, even on digital cable! Comcast insults further by putting on C-SPAN 3. Also won't give us the real TV Guide Channel.
