(Capoeira is a martial art. It is very fluid and involves a lot of fast but long movements, and works even when you are thrown onto the ground ;))

I know what Capoeira is. Beautiful, but I stick to the simple styles.

I like Capoeira - I'm not that into hurting people and it is an excellent way to get fit and flexible! (And it looks sooooo good!)
