I hate letting down friends :(.

A good friend was on her way to a meeting last night, called me to have me double check some directions and the time for her . . . she'd been preparing for this thing all day (I mean the poor girl was dressed up for this meeting and was all gussied up all day long for it since she didn't have time to go home and change), I mis-read their website and gave her the wrong time and she missed it and now I look like an asshole. . . :cry:

She's not that upset, since there was a lecture going on after the meeting that she attended and enjoyed, so I can breathe a sigh of relief and not feel like a total twit :P
