My boss just started discussing "The Protocols of the Elders of Zion,"

...and started discussing Hitler and antisemitism and movies and "what do Jews think?"...

This was somewhat in response to a question I had about interviewing an intern.

8. I didn't actually find evidence of a movie, but that's what he said.

And I'm not sure whether anyone making it into a movie, or making a movie that uses it as a plot device or prop, or what, and whether it's an American movie or a Syrian movie or who knows...

13. It started off appropriately enough (well, aside from the fact I asked

about an intern):

Boss: "Are you familiar with the Zion-something?"
Me: "Umm..."
Boss: "You know, the book, Hitler cited it in Mein Kampf and it was used to justify a century of anti-Semitism?"
Me: "Oh, The Elders of Zion?" (I forgot "Protocols.")
Boss: "Yeah...blah blah blah talking to a cabbie blah blah blah just spouted off blah blah popular in Syria blah blah do you know they're making a movie?"
Me: "Um, no. I was not aware of that."
Boss: "Oh. I wonder what the Jewish reaction to that would be...do you have any thoughts?"
Me: (Blank stare.)
Boss: "Oh well. Oh by the way -- I'm taking vacation time this afternoon."
