Ever met a DUer by accident?

There is a new post about seeing a car with a DU sticker.

Has anyone ever actually identified another DUer or met them after seeing a bumper sticker? Or anything else?

I've seen these bumper sticker threads but I don't know if anyone's ever figured out who they saw.

Then two weeks later I actually met her at the anti war rally in DC and I regonized her. All theory though, she was at that event that night though.

well, I found out today that I was in the same room with a DUer when Clark was here in Madison, but I didn't know it at the time! So close, yet so far..................

4. by a posting, not a bumper sticked

I had posted some 'shop to drop bush" stuff on line before the last march against the war in DC.

At the march I had my little "Shop to drop bush" sign, and this woman comes up to me - and knows me - and she was a DUer who had read the posting. It was very exciting. More than made my day.

5. At the Democrat booth at the Kern County fair I met a DUer

I think he was running for office and had a Clark t-shirt on. I mentioned DU to him and he said that's where he learned about were to get the Clark t-shirt and hs become a regular DUer.

At a Clark post-rally event, I was talking with a woman for a while and asked her if she knew about DU. Turns out she's registered with DU but doesn't post too often and hadn't been on for a while. Shortly after that, I started seeing her posts here (on GD or LBN, I forget which). Thought that was pretty cool. Her username is justice.
