The Travel Channel wants you:

http://travel.discovery.com/fansites/1000places/castingcall/castingcall.html?clik=netmain_feat1

The Travel Channel is producing a new series based on the best-selling book 1,000 Places to See Before You Die. We're looking for one couple, involved in a romantic relationship, willing to drop everything to travel around the world — on us!

If you and your partner are between the ages of 25 and 45 and are willing to take leave from your jobs, put your possessions in storage and leave the kids with grandma and grandpa (if you have kids), then dust off your passport and keep reading!

4. Hubby & I already decided the 'but-but-buts' ruled us out.
Although, I'd still do it in a heartbeat. Maybe they'll have a show for over-worked wives and mothers who want to travel the world? :D

8. That'd be nice.
We are a highly underappreciated group.
A series of shorter trips maybe? Not many people could afford to leave their jobs for a year.

it's teevee

looksist jerks

everything in this world goes to the young and good-looking

i bet you can apply just fine if you're 28 but if you're a pitted, chubby 28, you won't be getting any free trips around the world

6. All I need is a mate!
I would love to do this. I'm 44 in July, so I'm at the upper end of what they want. (And what's with the age limit anyway? :P

I just need a Beloved.

Any takers?
