I have not been here, because I actually have been productive! Yess!!1 I did all my chanting and went shopping for groceries in the morning, then changed the sheets on my bed, hoovered the bedroom, tidied up the living room and hoovered in there too, washed the car, shaved my head, prepped the car for giving some friends a lift tomorrow....goodness!

I'm knackered! ;)

Not finished yet though; I still have to clean the kitchen. But I have a little time to relax with a cup of tea right now. :)

34. I did one productive thing...

I took one of my cats to the free rabies clinic. It was dumb. The town said he needs an update to get a 2007 license, because he's due before November 2007. He doesn't need one until October 2007. I hate giving them shots when they don't really need one. I'm happy that there was only one sweet, adorable pit bull ahead of us. Last time I went to a free rabies clinic, I was on line for an hour.

37. I hate getting shots for my guys too. Jessie (dog) takes it well, because

they are usually cooing over how cute she is, and she is a drama queen. Merlin (cat) well, he takes a month of strategy sessions on how to get him there and how to get him through. We finally found a vet who pops by the house here and there to give him his shot. But, he's on to her...and usually hides when he hears her voice. Animals are amazing in their recall abilities. :)

39. He handled it pretty well.

I've moved so many times that he's never quite sure if the carrier means he's moving into a different house/apartment or the vet. He prefers switching apartments. It turns out that our regular vet was running the thing, so once he saw the vet, he didn't want to come out. It took three of us to get him out of the carrier. We got him out enough to give him the shot, which he handled fine. Then he just backed up into the carrier.

He's not speaking to me now though.
