Neighbor has just used another electric noise
maker. That makes 4 different annoying lawn implements today and a vaacuum cleaner.I think Sundays should be no lawn noise day.What makes it worse is my wife works third shift and is trying to sleep.Goodthing we have no firearms.

3. Weld his "toys" to it. maybe a dab of duct tape wont hurt.
and chain a couple of non-electric appliances to the heaviest item. he'll be pissed.

Don't ever get your hopes on a beautiful Sunday, because as you grab your iced and book or whatever, open your windows, know that some ass is fueling up his riding mower and WILL do three passes over every inch in order to justify the mower to himself.

If you're lucky, he'll leave the circular saw inside.

Of course, I waited 'till 1, and it started right up, and it's a 4-stroke and pretty quiet, and then I left right away. :hi:
