Did Tom Hagen know about Kay Corleone's abortion? Or did he

really think it was a miscarriage? If he wouldn't allow Kay to leave the Corleone compound, how did she have the abortion? Would Tom have had the nerve to keep this information from Michael? :shrug:

1. He'd have told Michael if he knew. Even though he was removed from the

family business, so to speak, he wanted back in. If he knew, he'd have said something because his first loyalty was to Michael. Maybe Kay induced her own...:shrug:

For the record, Kay's character is annoying as hell, especially in Part II. I just don't find her character appealing at all.

Anyway, I agree that Tom didn't know about the abortion, he would never have kept that from Michael. But how did she get out to get one done? Maybe a doctor's appointment disguised as an abortion - in the 50's they didn't have Planned Parenthood clinics, did they? Oh well, I'm getting ready to watch the Sopranos.
