outage. They owe me at least 50 bucks. They offered me 20 only after I wasted way too much time with cust. service. They have lied about the outtage in my area, telling me it was my phone. Thank the fone gods my contract is up soon. It has been a real shit ride.

Tell them if they don't credit you for the outage then you will go with another company as soon as your contract is up. I did that, and they credited me. :)
