Edited on Mon Apr-24-06 04:28 PM by SoCalDem
It simply MUST move somewhere else.. We are about to spend money on sod, and I am not planning on Caddyshack5 being filmed here anytime soon.. Any ideas?

Our neighbor has all kinds of plants growing, with nice tasty roots, but he seems to prefer OUR poor weedy yard.. There must be 10 piles of dirt and holes he has going right now:shrug:

1. Havahart trap.
Bait it, trap him (or her) and then relocate far away.

2. Kill it.
When you put your sod down. "box it in" with wood edging and line it with 1/4" hardware cloth. They can come over the top, but you can contain them if they do, and it keeps them from coming up from the bottom.

3. our local natural gardener says
real peppermint oil on cotton balls dropped in their holes will make them move.
I'm thinking they don't like fresh breath? Anyway, he does say it works for his yard.

6. are all your kitties having fun watching him
from their window perches?? ;)

I had a mouse under the refridgerator years ago...when Stinky was finally able to get him, she put her nose up to him and then looked at me like "Oh crap! Vermin in the house! Do something!"

7. It helps to have a cat
that likes to hunt them. One of my cats did. One of my cats won't. Unfortunately, the one that did is dead, so now I have mole holes here and there.
