That would mean RFK would have been ineligible to run for president in 1968. As for me laws wise I would make it easier to join a labor union. Increase the minimum wage would also be something I'd do. Federal civil unions with the same exact benefits as marriage and if a church wants to marry the couple that can be allowed too.
