1. It won't affect his ratings.

That is, his ratings will continue to plunge. The movie won't be the cause of that.

2. No. If anything, it will remind people what we SHOULD have done
i.e., spend all our efforts finding bin Laden and bringing him to justice, instead of invading a country because Dubya had a grudge with its leader.

4. I see your point, but 9-11 triggered an immeasurable amount...
of blind patriotism. Everywhere. I think we 'misunderstimate' the influence a reminder of that on the big screen could imply for the American psyche.

5. The remaining "32%" (which is being overstated by the corpo media)
won't shrink. these are the insane.

otherwise, the movie would make his ratings go down. it will remind us how ineffectual the turd's response has been.

6. I think his rartings may drop if that's possible.
The trailers suggest that part of the movie will be focused on how people in air traffic control and the military tried to respond that day. Flight 93 should never have been hijacked and wouldn't have been if pilots had been prepared for and warned of possible terrrosrist activity. When people realize this and realize that Bush sat on actual intelligence (rather than his fantasy intelligence), I think the wave of anger at Bush will be astounding.

7. yeah i think depends on the angle of the film....
but if it's based on actual facts, his rating could not possibly go up!!!

8. I predict that it's going to be a box office disappointment
The thing may have one or two decent weeks before the big summer blockbusters start coming out at which point it's going to fall off the map.

Seriously, outside of the people related to the victims and the Freeperesque base that still supports Bush's Iraqi adventure who's going to opt to see this over any other movie out there?

9. I think it's going to be like Passion.
Where the majority of the people seeing it are Bush supporting loonies who see it over and over and rent out the theater. And like the Passion, will come away with the completely wrong message.

That said, I don't see it boosting Bush's ratings.

10. If it's like Greengrass' "Bloody Sunday," they'll drop
And, it's a reminder to people that OBL is still on the loose, even though we've ripped apart Iraq...
