What's with the "dirty jeans" look?
I went out to buy some new jeans for Mr GoG today, and most of the stuff left on the shelves looked like it had been used to treat sewage before they put it out for sale. I can't find a pic of the wash...it looks like dark blue jeans that got streaked with nasty brown stuff.

I can understand why the worn look, within reason, appeals to folks; why would anybody want to look like their clothes stink?

Even on the rack, they look like they must smell like a porta-potty.

3. That "style" has been around for the past couple of years.
I hate it! If I want to wear jeans that look like that, I'll just put on a pair I already have and rub dirt all over them!

5. It's hideous isn't it?
And people mock the two tone and acid wash of the 80's.

19. I've bought stuff just because it was cheap before...
Just so I'd have something to do yard work in that wouldn't be a total rag.

13. You don't have to ruin the manicure to get the life of the working folk!
I despise any "fashion" that costs a fortune but mocks working people.

The "uniform" trend of a year or so ago.
The stupid trucker's caps on multi-million dollar movie stars.
The stupid jeans to which you refer.

I want to tell these brats that if you want to set the trend, SLING BURGERS AT MICKEY D'S!

You'll be the envy of all your friends...

20. ...and they're expensive as hell
Especially when you could just get some paint and a belt sander and achieve the same effect.

Or throw them in a septic tank.

and they are nasty. I tend to try to look stylish but that is one trend I cannot follow.
