Time to mail my xmas cards

1. I completed my Christmas cards yesterday

I like to send 'em a bit early so they get displayed longer. I also bought gifts for two angels -

for my senior I bought bath towels, bed sheets and kitchen towels (those were his three wishes)

and for my angel kid I got a big giant remote controlled truck (with battery/battery charger included) and a football, also his wishes.

I am urging all DUers who can to adopt a needy angel for Christmas - it makes you feel just as good as you make THEM feel.

2. I suppose I should get busy on that task...it has been hard the last few

years; I know we have a lot to be thankful for but the downers keep coming and making it tough to have a real 'up' holiday spirit...
I'm workin' on it though, for the kids (one still at home at 16) and the grandkids...
