How do I change my avatar?

I have a jpg I want to upload. The system won't let me, because I have already put one up. How do I get rid of the old one?

3. You don't have to get rid of it.

Just upload the 48x48 graphic in the popup window that comes up after you click the "upload" option on your user options page and make sure you get the file type (.jpg or .gif) right.

4. So why does it keep telling me it's uploading my old one?

I had another one in my personal account, and every time I try to upload the new one, it tells me it uploaded the old one.

5. Really? That's weird. I've never gotten that error message before.

I just tried it out and it went smoothly. It might be a glitch. Consider PMing elad. :shrug:
