I worked hard and played hard. Worked during the day and went out to dinner every night except last night. Had hoagies on Monday night, Italian on Tuesday night, and micro brewery on Wednesday night. *Whew*

I'm ready for a quite night at home! :P

6. It was fine
It was more rural than I expected. More like here in NC where I live. I had an image in my mind of most of NY being urban, but it's not. It was quite pretty.

We went to Holy Cow ice cream. :9 :D And Cappucino's for dinner.

8. oh yeah its definitely more rural than people think
i remember when i moved away from there and everyone would ask
ny state or nyc as if they were 2 different states
but actually they are quite different
lots of farms/former farms throughout ny

what area do you live in nc
i lived in chapel hill and raleigh

9. That's where I am
I'm just outside of Durham.

I wish I'd had more time to explore the area, but we mostly worked.

10. Awww, sorry Joan

It was really chilly there when we landed on Monday, not even 60. But I think it's supposed to be 70 this weekend. :D

14. I was surprised
I only took things for medium cool weather, 50s and 60's. I was lucky I decided to throw a turtleneck sweater in my suitcase at the last minute! x(

Though it looked like it was going to be very nice there today as I was leaving this morning.
