6. Make one of those fake, wannabe cherry cheesecakes

Only takes about ten minutes and about 1/1,000,000th the calories. You know the one...a package of cream cheese, a can of sweetened condensed milk, some lemon juice and some vanilla. And the cherries, of course.

Then there's this one...but we don't even wanna think about eating it:

40 oz. cream cheese (that's FIVE packages)
1 1/2 C sugar
1/2 C sour cream
5 eggs + 2 egg yolks
1 T lemon zest
1 T vanilla

And the crust...and about 1 cup of sugar in some sour cream for the topping (or you can use the raspberry one)..






Uh huh...just a couple of calories there....
