2. We routinely catch them and put them in the backyard.

We us a glass and a stiff piece of paper plus a few comforting vibes their way. They get so scared otherwise.

So they can't call first.

There's lotsa Daddy Longlegs here; I call 'em all "dude." If one's in the shower, I'll coax him to move out of wet's way before I turn on the water.

Black Widows get other names, but they don't come inside.

I kicked a tarantula in my driveway once. Thought it was a weed until I realized weeds don't scurry away.

5. it is that time of year again

i had one little guy who was rude enough to drop in on me while i was in the bathroom :mad:

even the damn spiders won't let me pee in peace ;)

6. wow, you guys are way nice to the spiders.

if they "drop in" especially while I'm in the shower, they die. Infact, most creepy crawly creatures die in my house. Not only do I have issues with them, but my dog is allergic to so many freakin things, it's just safer. Her eye ball almost popped out of her head because of a bee sting a couple of years ago. It ain't pretty.

There was one in my sink last night.....

I tried to get it on a kleenex, but it ran away...into the drainer!

Voila....I picked up the drainer, and deposited the spider outside my kitchen door!
