Can dogs be allergic to bees?

Mine keeps trying to eat the bees flying around outside. I'm afraid she's actually going to get one... and it'll get her. :scared:

1. they might but I have seen a lot of dogs do that

sometimes they get stung and snouts swell up - never seen one get very ill from it

edit to add - if you are around africanized bees, you might want to bring the dog in - if they go on the attack you could lose your dog.
