If Frank hadn't use so many previously released songs as backing tracks on that album, It'd be one of his all time masterpieces. I resented having to pay to hear "mudd Club" again, only this time with the blackface vocals on top....But the sociology of the thing is SO amazingly offensive, it's definitely a thing to behold.

No, it's D. Boon of the Minutemen. Fantastic guitarist, lyricist, and spokesman for the working-class left in America. Died on December 23, 1985 in a van accident. Almost as inspirational to me as Zappa. Next time you go to a record store, plese pick up a copy of the Minutemen's "Double Nickels on the Dime," on SST Records- I promise you'll be blown away...
