Should I use this picture for a new sig line?

Read the DU rules, it strongly recommends limiting the sig gifs and jpgs to the following:

"Please try to include no more than one graphic in your signature line at any time. That graphic should be in either .jpg or .gif format, and should not exceed 500 pixels wide, 200 pixels tall, or 10 kilobytes."

Surely, if you want to reach more people about the mighty Howard Dean, then you don't want to alienate the dialup-up users who HATE the fucking huge sig pics because they take 2 years to download. Also, since Dean is the Internet God of Candidates, then surely you can find a SMALLER pic that observes the guidelines.
