How do you pick a Kentucky Derby Winner? |
|
My wife and I always bet on the race and the loser has to buy Sunday Dinner. We've done this for years and she mostly kicks my ass. I try to do a little studying of the horses but she just checks out the horse that "looks" the nicest or whose colors are "cool" or if the jockeys name "sounds like a winner." We throw out the top two favorites then each pick a horse. The one that ends up in the lead wins our bet. Its a lot of fun. She also picks football teams by the butts of the players.

1. Get the Daily Racing Form $4.75 or this Friday's USA Today $0.75. |

You'll get all the info you need. Jockeys, silk colors, past performances.
