When I'm in mixed company (read: groups with Neocons, Fascists, Republicans and Freeper) I make a point to refer to him as "Our President", stressing the word 'our' to counter-point Trent Lott's, "*Your* President" (and the point is usually taken).

However, when I'm with my own pals and friends, I call him "Chimpy McShrimp-pants", so uniquely coined by someone on DU. It's just so fun to say :)
