I whomped a local anti-union freeper!
I don't know why I'm so pleased, it wasn't that difficult...

Basically a thread about a local Ferry Workers Union strike let to the usual "fire them all--privatise everything--profit uber alles" ignorant rants...

True, he did get the last word, but it was only 'meh', so it doesn't count.

Can I tell you another great thing about Canada? The fact that you can be pursue a traditionaly 'redneck' hobby like 4x4ing, and find Lefties who share your interests, and who aren't afraid to speak up...

3. you get no complaints from me about Canada
I live in upstate NY and go often...may even move there if Shrub wins again! (But you are pretty cold!)

not around here! We had one day of snow last winter, and it all melted by sunset.

We have a palm tree in our back yard.

Canada: it's temperate, in every way imaginable!
