How can pain be delayed an entire day?
Right now, my entire body is sore. Every major muscle group is stiff, and just hurting. If I looked like how I felt, I'd be black and blue below the neck. I felt fine the rest of the day, if a little beat. Shouldn't have I been hurting almost immediately?

What happened yesterday to hurt me so bad today you ask? Well I had to deliver a generator to this residence, a 900 lb generator. With only three of us to heft this beast, I had the other 2 lift together on one side, and me on the other. I figured this a smart idea since I had probably 80 lbs on the bigger of the two. The only way to carry the generator was with 2 pieces of rigid pipe (galvanized steal with 1/8 inch thick walls). BTW, the pipes were nearly 4 ft apart, so my arms were almost spread as far as they would go. So with a might grunt, we lift the generator and walk it the 80 or so feet to where it needed to be.

I think my arms are longer than they used to be.

3. Do you have any Nyquil in the house
Take some and sleep it off. I am not kidding you I had 3 years of pain without pain meds because I had no insurance and I was taking 100 aleves per week.

Sorry to hear about you I will pray for you.

5. thanks cora
Though, maybe you should pray this atheist gets some sense, heh. I've been doing the math, and I was sure I was smarter than to try to lift 400 plus pounds.

8. Actually the back is the least sore thing on me
Its just general muscle soreness, not bad if it doesn't cover your entire body. I'm guess I'm built like an ox.

Anybody got a plow they need pulling?
