about another inch fell while i was shoveling, but i was not about to go back and start over. got around 8 or 9 inches today, i think. some other nearby spots got close to a foot.

I understand. I grew up in NY.

When I was visiting my sister last April, I also shoveled the driveway in the middle of the night, simply because I was awake and I knew she needed it done.

But damn... I was visiting. It was a childhood flashback to shovel snow (I live in CA now). You should go to bed!

Think of all that great heathful exercise you are getting for free. When @ the U. of Mnn. I thought shoveling snow was much better than other forms of working out.... Ever wonder why we have so many health clubs out here in California?
