67. There are several good culinary uses for gelatin.

Sheet gelatin makes great windows for gingerbread houses. And I use a small amount of bloomed gelatin to in my cream reduction for panna cotta. Not quite the same as a bowl full of jiggly lime stuff with marshmallows, though.

SOteric's your DUer! This one time I needed about 300 Posts and started a ask me anything Thread and SOteric kept asking me things and it becaame a difficult point in my life because my goldfish had died he was very beautiful and gold and lived in a bowl but then one day he turned around and started facing the other way and he knew he'd either hit the halfway mark in his life or turned Republican LOL I joked with him about that but my laughing must have hurt his ears because he started floating more often I know it can't have been my joke because I tell really good jokes I know because my classmates start laughing as I enter the room knowing I'm going to say something funny sometimes all I have to do is sit down and they laugh that's how funny I am my teacher really likes me he liked my goldfish too he said he was sad to hear of his death and offering to have him stuffed and mounted on the wall but finals were that next week and I thought having my poor dead driftwood that's what I called him on the wall might distract me.
