My upstairs neighbors are at it again!

No sooner do I walk in the door then I hear those fucking maggots upstairs screaming at each other. So the first thing I do is pick up the phone and call the cops. This marks my fifth call in as many weeks.

And I don't mind telling you, this shit is really getting old!

But to these people, "oral sex" seems to mean standing at opposite ends of the room and screaming "Fuck you!" at each other.

2. What do the cops do?

Do they come and talk to the people? And have you complained to your landlord? Make yourself a pain in the you know what to the building manager or owner, and you may have a chance of getting rid of them.

5. you got a lease right?

check state law.check with a lawyer,even online legal( not lawyers) sites aren`t bad. then if it looks good tell the landlord he`s inviolation of probaly a few ordances and lease contract provisions. don`t pay if it keeps up-or break the lease and move if you can. the landlord should have thrown them out the second phone call to the cops....

but if they're that loud, just borrow some woofers, put a tape in blasting "Why Can't We Be Friends" or some mess like "Can't You Feel The Love Tonight(from Lion King)"and if that doesn't work, get a powerful super soaker, go upstairs, knock on the door, and say :"I have called the cops so many !@#!@%##%^*&$#@!@#!%^#&*&##!! times, now knock it off you wildcats!(then obviously, sqiurt 'em);-)

7. Well, everyone will tell you to stay out of a domestic

disputes. However, most of the really loud, violent ones often have drugs and alcohol involved. Try to talk to your neighbors or at least the one who seems friendly when they seem sober and quiet and explain to them that everyone knows their business and that it affects your space, blah, blah, blah. Many people don't know that they can be heard all over the place.

If they aren't total assholes this may shut them up for awhile. If they are hostile about it. Call the police everytime, then. You did try to handle it nicely after all. Get your neighbors involved. They can't be happy. The police get upset about multiple complaints about one problem. Eventually, they will send someone to talk to them and to your landlord. You should be seeing and hearing very little about them after this because either they got kicked out or they know they'd better behave.
