Can the world forgive us for George W. Bush?
Just wondering. If Canada requires our forgiveness for Celine Dion -- Jesus.

1. I don't see why not.

After all, 76% of us didn't even vote for that son of a bitch. And he lost the popular vote by more than half a million.

I'd like to think the majority of the world is perceptive enough to understand that there are plenty of Americans who never wanted Bush in the White House in the first place!

2. I have visions of a Canadians/Mexican coalition streaming
over the borders and setting us free. When they get to the White House, they arrest the BFEE and turn them over to a Dutch registry ship that has been lurking off the coast. They take them off to the Hague to be tried for international war crimes perpetrated on Afghanistan and Iraq. The Canadians and Mexicans form a temporary occupation government until we can hold legal elections.

Our new government officials sets up a diplomatic commission to go out into the world and fix the harm BFEE has done.

But it's only a fantasy.

8. I can see Dean on TV now, well you know he was apeshit crazy right?
No, Europeans blame us. They feel pretty sorry for us from what I have gathered.

6. Yes, I believe they can. The other countries that * has alienated
will come around. They do not hate us; they hate *. In fact, if Dean is elected he said BEFORE he's inaugurated, he will go to each and every country that * has trashed to make amends. It will work no matter who is our new Democratic president.

9. I believe our currency would go way up if we turned him over to the
world court or put him in a redneck jail in Florida or something. How 'bout just require the press to report on his doin's? Personally, I would sleep much better if a stake was driven through his evil, retarded heart. Here is his day today: (Colin)Mr. P, the state department is going to go ask Germany, France, and Russia to contribute more money or troops or jock itch powder in the war effort. Monkey boy looks intelligent-in-charge and says, "Fine idea, Colin, run with that and keep me informed." 15 minutes later Rove comes in and says "Look, ShitForBrains, France, Germany, and Russia have never supported us on this war bidness. So lets put out an edict saying they will get no contracts, only our 'friends' like Fiji, Spain, and Angola will get the contracts to rebuild Iraq)" ShitForBrains replies "Good idea, Karl, I like the way you are thinking. Run with that and keep me informed." It's the frikken Keystone Cops!! God have mercy on our souls.

11. Eventually
If we de-select * next November it might take a few years, but we can eventually re-claim our place in the international community. If * "wins" the next election, it may take decades, if ever.

12. True forgiveness only comes after an act of atonement
But how can we possibly atone for electing Bush?

(HA! Trick question!)

13. no need
most of us didn't blame the average Iraqi for Saddam and we don't blame all Americans for Bush - the same reason applies - neither were installed by a majority

15. depends
on what crazy-ass sh!t he and his thugs do before they are removed from power. Even if they do nothing worse than the've already done, it would take an awful lot of apologizing, sucking up, contritition, etc. to earn forgiveness.

You see, the question asked in Europe is: can the US ever forgive us(for <insert leader's name here>)?
