Looooming question (CNN)
Guess.
Can't guess, can ya?
Didn't think so.
Hint: Judy Woodruff
Another hint: Dean
OK, here:
.
.
.
.
.
.

"Is Dean electable?"

And guess what...guess what...repuglican strategists say "Dean is the DREAM political opponent that Rove would have built."
Think there's some reverse psychology going on here?
Or is it double-reverse psychology?
My head hurts.
:-(

1. Argh!!!!
I can't watch Judy the Whore. If I did, I'd smash something large and heavy into my television, and I'm not rich enough to keep replacing it.

:argh: I like when the media picks our candidates for us.

3. I think we saw this in 1992.
They try to do this every time.

The spin will eventually die down, and Dean's record will come out. And then the Republicans will go, "Ohh...shit."

Most of them don't know a damned thing about Dean. All they hear is "McGovern," and then they grin in triumph, even though they don't even know who the hell the guy was- or how he relates to Dean.

4. I've always wondered how that election would have come out
(Nixon-McGovern) if they hadn't been able to keep a lid on Watergate until after.

6. What's really freaky is...
Edited on Thu Dec-11-03 04:09 PM by Padraig18
... that Bill Schneider was also quoting GOP insiders who say they are scared of Dean because they can't 'get a handle on him', and are afraid he's going to suck up so many of the independent voters they've come to depend on for electoral majorities in key races---not just presidential runs.

Don't those folks at CNN ever talk to each other? :eyes:

7. Simple-minded rhetoric. They're shaking in their boots.
Their precious tax cuts will go caput if Bush loses. That's all they (media shills) care about.
