Hmmm. Help me out.. Country Flag identification

On a guy that I hit my car with had a flag sticker on it. I couldn't identify it. Check out carrowsboy's GD post for the story I posted.

It is a yellow flag with top and bottom red stripes with a bull front of it.

Anyone know what country it is?

There is no other country with a red/yellow/red flag AFAIK.
