TURABIAN style citation experts needed! URGENT!

I'm working on a paper for my grad class, and I use three quotes from a promotional PDF sent out by "Mind On The Media." The three quotes have citations next to them, but they're very incomplete. I figured I should probably list the PDF as the "work cited" anyway. However, I can't seem to find the correct format for doing such a thing in the Turabian style. Does anybody have any suggestions?
