1. I agree, for the most part.
I can't wait to see "Lord of the Rings: Return of the King," which is already being hyped as the film of the year... and I hope Bill Murray wins an Oscar for "Lost in Translation."

In the Cable category, where was "Six Feet Under"? For my money, that was the best show on television in 2003.

That was a fun run-down to get lost in and diverted by, Catwoman... thank you for posting that!!

3. "The OC" and "Survivor" are the best of TV?
:puke:

"The OC" is less true of real people & real life in Orange County than "Dallas" was of that town. I'm a native Orange Countian and I could choose to be offended by that piece of trash, but life's too short.

Well, you asked for opinions, CatWoman. :)

4. I really stayed away from the best of TV
:D

But I really liked the photo tribute to those who died this year.

Some of them caught me off guard -- I wasn't aware they had passed.

5. They shoved "Whoopi" in with "Coupling" (NBC)
Edited on Sat Dec-13-03 02:06 PM by HypnoToad
as being the worst in 2003. Why? Did "Whoopi" fail? I thought the show was hilarious.

6. I don't understand a lot of their rationale
but I'm pleased Jon Stewart made the best list.

That show is the best on tv, IMHO.
