Poured myself a short bourbon, settled back on the couch, and watched "Frida" for the first time.
Beautifully done. What a fabulous movie.
Did she really sleep with Trotsky & Josephine Baker?

Most highly creative types are to some degree.
But....did she really sleep with both Trotsky and Baker? Gotta admit, the girl was busy.

I noticed one thing, though -- what Trotsky says about Stalin's conquests in the movie isn't an accurate reflection of what he really thought at the time (he defended them as progressive).

Visually stunning and great performances. The Girl with the Pearl is supposed to be visually stunning also.
