2. Overpriced backyard bred mutts with cutesy names! |
|
Why pay less than $100 at the animal shelter for a poodle mix when there's some scam artist out there willing to charge you a grand or so for a "labradoodle" or "cockapoo" or some assbrained thing like that?
Holy christ, people are dumb.

But since my dog is a mutt, that's how I voted.

8. Mutts are my favorite breed. Part of it is the survival of the fittest |
|
concept. Not only do you get an infinite variety of looks, genetic weaknesses have usually been bred out of the dog. My little mutt is a beautiful little dog, healthy and hearty with one of the friendliest and happiest dispositions I've ever seen.

9. Mutts, every time. Mongrels tend to be healthier, mentally and physically. |
|
I should know, I am one. So is Mrs R. And when we told our (soon-to-be) pediatrican our ethinic backgrounds, he said "that's great. You have about zero-percent chance of your baby having a genetic birth defect."

10. I've had both, and they are both the same in my heart |
|
right now I have two pure bred dogs, the first I have ever owned. No one wanted them at the pet store cause they were runts of the litter. Pure breds have them too.
My kittens came from the shelter of course, my lil babies.

11. I voted other, because it really doesn't matter. The only thing that |
|
matters is that they are rescued and not bought, in my eyes.....
