shows intent to infringe on our civil rights and to curtail on our free speech. If they visit DU all at once with the "stated intention" of bringing down the site, then that's no different than cutting Rush's radio feed cable during a broadcast (which DOES run afoul of FCC regs - this I know because a rival radio station did it to Howard Stern about 10 years ago and they were prosecuted for it).

If people were asked to log onto fark.com all at once for the expressed purpose of crippling its server, that's different than if it went down because of random traffic hits...
